This Privacy Policy explains how Sawtix ("Sawtix", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you use the Sawtix Android application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Android package identifier is com.gzxkwl.spotlight.

The information processed depends on how you use the Service. It may include:
Service-generated user identifiers and information you choose to provide, such as display name, profile picture, profile details, language, or country/region.
Content you choose to submit through the Service, including messages, uploaded media, feedback, support requests, reports, and related information. Information you intentionally post in public areas may be visible to other users.
Internet Protocol (IP) address, application version, operating system and device information, network status, language, time zone, diagnostic logs, and pseudonymous application or device identifiers used to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and protect the Service.
Where permitted, advertising identifiers, install referrers, attribution identifiers, campaign information, and basic app event information. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier through Android settings.
If transactions are offered, payments are processed by Google Play. We may receive the product identifier, amount and currency, transaction status, order reference, and purchase token needed to verify and provide the transaction. We do not receive your full payment card number.
For security, localization, and legal compliance, we may infer a general country or region from your IP address. We do not request precise GPS location permission.
Some optional features may require Android permissions. Permissions are requested through the operating system when needed, and you can deny or revoke them in your device settings.
Denying a permission will not prevent unrelated parts of the Service from working, but features that require that permission may not be available.

You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

After verification, we will process the request within the period required by applicable law. Account access, profile information, and data not needed for permitted retention purposes will be deleted or de-identified. Where required or permitted by law, we may retain limited transaction, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal compliance records.
Removing the application from your device does not by itself delete your account or server-side information.
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our practices. We will post the updated version at this location and change the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
